Empowering Leadership and Individual Creativity: The Moderation Role of Individual Competence Facing Covid-19 Pandemic

Background - The COVID-19 pandemic impacts public health and the Indonesian people's economic conditions, education, social life. Vocational high school graduates who have been looking for work in last two years experienced significant disruption due to Covid-19 pandemic. Competition labor market is very coincides with worker has also termination of employment (PHK) from company.
 Research Purpose This study tests analyzes influence empowering leadership on individual creativity, moderated by competence.
 Methodology conducted survey method vocational graduate or equivalent Yogyakarta Special Region (Sleman Regency, Municipality, Bantul, Kulonprogo, Gunungkidul). Sampling was done convenience sampling data collection distributing questionnaires (google form). number respondents filled out returned questionnaire 108 people. analysis technique used SPSS 24. Test instrument a test validity (Confirmatory Factor Analysis) reliability at Cronbach Alpha. Hypothesis testing using simple regression (H1 test) tiered (H2 test).
 Result / Contribution results this found that: there are several limitations research that require further research. (1) an (2) competence. practical implications leaders, discussion show still needs be discussed.
